Yes I think they should. If they are a threat to our country and our saftey, by all means detain them. Maybe this would decrease the problems we have with airport security etc.
yes because if they are being suspicious then they should be held because we aren't being paranoyed we're just being cautious and protective of ourselves and country we dont want another 9/11 to happen
yes & no .. i think that if they are a threat to our country and safety then they should be detained but they should also be able to have a trial so that anyone innocent doesnt have to be punished
I dont think so. i dont think so because one they could be innocent and without a trail their life would have been wasted. I think that suspected terriots should be detained and then eventually get a trial to see if they are guilty or not
I dont thinkso because i think it says it in the constitution or bill of rights that anyone has to go through a fair trial and also it would be stupid to put someone in jail just cuz someone thinks they belong to a terrryst group without putting them in trial.
